Baby shower fun... Sound like an oxymoron? Not in this day and age!

All it takes is a little creativity to create a fun and memorable shower event that will sprinkle the parents with deeelight.

A FEW FUN ACTIVITY IDEAS:

• Baby Shower Box of Questions

Are the usual baby shower games as painful as your labor pains? Deliver the fun at the next baby shower with this this entertaining and thought-provoking Baby Shower Box of Questions.
Questions include:

Who among the parents' friends will be the baby's worst influences?

If you could have any song playing when your baby entered the world what would it be?

• Baby Face Collage

I recently played this creative/competitive game at a shower... gather or snap a bunch of funny face photos (both extreme close up and further away) of the mom and dad-to-be, then cut into sections of eyes, noses, mouths, hairdos and ears.

Spread out on a table and provide glue sticks and paper cards with numbers on the back. Invite everyone to create the face they think will look like the baby... some VERY interesting creations will happen, trust me!

Use clothespins to clip the collages to a clothesline or string, then have everyone vote on their Favorite Face (put ballots in a hat or bowl, then tally the results). Also, have the mom and dad vote on their fav's and give out prizes for all three winners.
